Inspired by the miles of snowy landscape in winter time, a bustling cozy atmosphere of Christmas markets with woods, lights and snow-topped trees, Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi transforms into a “Winter Wonderland” to welcome all guests this Festive Season.
The atmosphere of a snow-filled wonderland is reflected in the intricate decór around the hotel’s public areas. Starting from the lobby, a grand white Christmas tree reaching up to the ceiling is the first sight that greets the visitors to the Wonderland. To the left of the Christmas tree stood a dazzling arch of white wooden branches and lights leading to the cozy Lounge 83, further enhancing the magical feeling of a winter in a faraway land.
To further realise the „Winter Wonderland“ experience, cuisine is an important factor. A journey through taste is „on the menu“ with dishes from the cold regions of the world being carefully prepped and served during the Festive Buffet Feasts. Delectable culinary creations prepared by the chefs of Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi with nods to Switzerland, German and East Asian cuisines are available through Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve buffet.
With a legacy of over 70 years of culinary excellence, the Swiss-born Mövenpick brand boasts an exciting selection of creative dishes like Salmon Sashimi with Flamed-off Coffee Beans and Fresh Spring Rolls with Cold-Brew Espresso Dressing, which made an impression with food lovers in Hanoi through the years will make a reappreance in these buffet feasts. A Swiss touch combined with international cuisine promise to be the highlight of the buffet banquets as we welcome Christmas and New Year to arrive.
