Located on level 2 of Pan Pacific Hanoi, Ming Restaurant evokes simple elegance with its contemporary architecture, accentuated by large window glass to increase the natural light and boast the sparkle city’s view outside.
Curated by our talented team, the latest à la carte menu features an array of new delights which can be seen as another celebration of the finest locally sourced ingredients, cooked with the level of care and expertise you have always expected of Chinese gastronomy.
Alongside the dim sum favourites that are still remained, the most prominent addition comes in the extraordinary repertoire of ingredients you have not seen on the previous menu including Eight Treasures Shredded Abalone with Seafood Broth, Spicy Spiced Australian Beef Cheeks, Double Boiled Bird’s Nest & Black Truffle served with Golden Superior Broth, Jumbo Tiger Prawns with Golden Yolk Creamy Sauce, Steamed Grouper in Szechuan Style Chilli Sauce, Honey Baked Silver Cod, Crispy Lamb Loin with Mongolian Sauce, and many more.
Peking Duck is one of the shinning glories of Cantonese cuisine. At Ming Restaurant, gourmets can choose from a variety of cooking styles to enjoy this delight such as: Peking Duck Pancakes, Aromatic Minced Duck served with Mini Toast, or Wok Stir-Fried Duck with Premium X.O Sauce. Whichever recipe you choose, the duck is dried and roasted to perfection with crispy skin and tender meat to pamper your taste.
