Meliá Hanoi has just announced the appointment of Mr. Markus Krickgelberg as the new Director of Culinary. In his role, he will lead the Food&Beverage and Kitchen team in managing, supervising all food & beverage activities of the hotel’s restaurants, lounge and banquet.

Born in Germany, before joining Meliá Hanoi, Mr. Markus Krickelberg accumulated various work experiences in top-level management and commenced his career path in hospitality at leading international hotel chains such as Marriott International, Pan Pacific Hotel Group … With more than 30 years of leadership experience and his wealth of knowledge and great passion for food & beverages, especially for fine dining, Mr. Markus Krickgelberg and his genuinely professional team are expected to open up new opportunities for a new culinary journey at Meliá Hanoi, beginning with the launch of Garbo Bar, Mosaico Restaurant and CHAM Restaurant in quarter 1, 2023.
