From the 4th January to 10th February 2019, InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72 has honour to collaborate with the watercolour artist Le Ngoc Quynh to bring to the art lover in Hanoi an exhibition named Date of Flowers. The exhibition will take part at Hive Lounge, InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72, 62F, Hanoi Landmark72 Tower, Pham Hung Street, Hanoi.
The exhibition is a milestone of 3 years working as watercolour artist of Le Ngoc Quynh – a young artist born in Ca Mau. Even though she has just graduated from Interior Design Major at HCMC Architecture University, Le Ngoc Quynh chooses watercolour as her career. During the last 3 years, she has work so hard to follow her dream to become a professional artist and she got the significant success. She is now the member of International Water Color Association in Vietnam, member of Watercolour association of Ho Chi Minh City and she has her own gallery, Q’Gallery. Born in 1994, the 24-year-old artist Le Ngoc Quynh brought her paintings to not only the exhibition in Vietnam (Hanoi, Hue, and HCMC) but also the international counterpart in Spain and Czech Republic.
The exhibition at InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72 of Le Ngoc Quynh during the time of New Year and Tet has the colour of blossom season, where we can find in each painting a story of the life, of the people. The artwork of Quynh sometime is totally pure with the peaceful happiness but sometimes she brings to us the touching stories that she met in her life.
Come to Date of Flowers, we will see the mature in this young artist whose the paintings are all blossoming with her talents and her experience. About the Art exhibition at Hive Lounge
From September 2018, InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72 started work with both international and Vietnamese artists to organise several art exhibition at Hive Lounge, 62F of the hotel. Especially, in 2018, paring with Vietnam Art Space – the Vietnamese artist community, InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72 has organised successfully 2 big charity art exhibition to raise the fund to Sin Suoi Ho and Operation Smile Vietnam.
Hive Lounge has ambition of becoming the bridge to bring closer the artist and the art lovers, as well as a must-visit artistic destination of Hanoi.
