Mr. Mathieu Le Besq, a French national, began joining Accor in 2000, and holds a degree in Hotel Management from France. Throughout his career, he has held significant positions at prestigious hotels, from daily operational management to strategic leadership of entire hotel systems. He has demonstrated outstanding leadership as General Manager at Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills, and Cluster General Manager for Mercure & ibis Styles Vung Tau. He has successfully managed several hotel reopenings, in charge of pre-opening operations, and other major renovation projects. His outstanding achievements are demonstrated through the implementation of cost-saving initiatives, and the ability of maintaining hotel high rankings on TripAdvisor.
Mr. Mathieu has a deep connection with Vietnam, where he has spent most of his career. This connection has enabled him to effectively lead his teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Not only is he focusing on enhancing service quality, he is also paying a significant attention to the human resources, to ensure professionalism and dedication in every aspect of his work. With his extensive experience and passion for the hospitality industry, Mr. Mathieu will play a crucial role in elevating the brand image of Novotel and driving revenue growth in the Vietnamese market.
