With over two decades of experience in luxury hospitality, Mr. Beroujon brings an unparalleled blend of expertise and proven success to his new role. His international career spans Europe and the United States, followed by more than 15 years of leadership experience across Southeast Asia, where he has developed a deep understanding of diverse markets and cultures. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles with international hospitality groups, guiding properties through various stages of development while maintaining close collaboration with owners, corporate teams, and local stakeholders.
Prior to joining Hanoi Daewoo Hotel, Mr. Beroujon led the pre-opening and successful launch of Dusit International’s flagship luxury hotel in Hanoi, Vietnam, achieving outstanding guest satisfaction scores within the first months of operation. His professional journey also includes leadership roles with renowned global brands such as Dusit Hotels & Resorts, Onyx Hospitality Group, Fusion Hotel Group, and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), equipping him with a balanced perspective that blends deep local market understanding with international best practices.
