175-room hotel launches in fast-growing industrial hub just north of Ho Chi Minh City
HIIVE by fusion Binh Duong New City, the latest premier hotel in Fusion Hotel Group’s expanding portfolio, launched this month in the fast-growing industrial and logistics hub of Binh Duong in southern Vietnam.
Located in the heart of Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park 2 (VSIP 2), the new hotel is just 38km north of Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City, near Hikari Complex, Binh Duong New City Park and the Binh Duong World Trade Center Association.
The hotel has been designed with the business traveler in mind, offering spacious rooms for longer stays, dedicated work areas in guest rooms, high-speed internet connectivity, and other conveniences and amenities to help bolster productivity, in addition to all the stylish comforts of home.

All guest rooms and suites in the new hotel include a working desk, sofa or armchair, high-speed Wi-Fi, individually controlled air-conditioning units, USB charging ports, rainfall shower heads, kitchenette, and other modern amenities that promote comfort and convenience.
The hotel also offers 24-hour laundry services, a fitness center and golf simulator, along with two spacious, high-tech meeting rooms and more. Restaurants in the new hotel include the bright and contemporary Zest Restaurant, which serves a daily breakfast buffet, and DzôDzô Bar, where large-screen televisions showcase various international sports and the food menu includes local and international favorites, in addition to a wide selection of drinks.
HIIVE by fusion Binh Duong New City follows the launch last year of another Fusion property in the same area, HIIVE by fusion Binh Duong, which is situated in VSIP 1. The Vietnamese government has forecast economic growth of 9-10% per year in Binh Duong from now until 2030.
