“A Voyage Through Italy’s Culinary Heritage” unfolds at InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72 this June as Guest Chef Stefano Sanna (Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage at Crowne Plaza Changi Airport) brings the authentic flavours and warm spirit of Italian hospitality to Hanoi from 2nd to 6th June 2026.
Born in Vogogna in Italy’s Piedmont region, Chef Stefano’s culinary philosophy is deeply inspired by family traditions and memories of home-style Italian cooking, later refined through an international journey across Michelin-starred restaurants in Italy, Shanghai and Cairo.
Throughout this special showcase, guests are invited to discover the rich diversity of Italy’s regional cuisine at 3 Spoons through daily lunch buffets and exclusive weekend dinner buffets.
“La Dolce Vita” on 5th June presents an elegant wine pairing dinner featuring refined creations such as Red Wine Risotto with Gorgonzola, Braised Beef Cheek and classic Tiramisu thoughtfully paired with distinguished Italian wines. The culinary journey continues on 6th June with a special Italian lunch menu celebrating the beauty of authentic flavours, from Spaghettone Quadrato with homemade tomato sauce and stracciatella to tender Braised Beef Cheek served alongside curated regional wine selections.
