Michael Keller has been promoted to Director of Operations, responsible for the comprehensive operation throughout the property. He will continue to be intimately involved in day-to-day Food & Beverage operations, plus overlooking the resort’s Lifestyle, Rooms and Landscape divisions. Mr. Keller has been the acting Director of Operations since October 2021. His transition from his Director of Food & Beverage duties is part of a succession strategy to streamline the apparatus in acclimating to the new normal.
Lien Hoang has been named as Director of Rooms. In this new role, she will continue to lead Front Office and Housekeeping operations while taking on responsibility for guest experience consistency to ensure the resort maintains an appropriate focus on our guests. Lien joined Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort as Assistant Director of Rooms in September 2019 with an extensive background in overseeing the front desk team, which has proved invaluable as the property has developed our organization.
