Sheraton Hanoi Hotel, a leading hospitality establishment in Vietnam, commemorated its 20-year anniversary with a grand event held on March 11, 2024. The celebration, attended by 230 esteemed guests, including government officials, corporate partners, wedding partners, in-house guests, restaurant patrons, and members of the media, was a resounding success.

The event received overwhelmingly positive feedback from attendees, who praised the remarkable food, engaging programming, and the stellar entertainment and lucky draws. Ms. Tiffany Hwang, General Manager of Sheraton Hanoi Hotel, expressed her gratitude, stating, ‘We understand that in the world of 5-star hospitality, every interaction is an opportunity to create lasting memories. It’s a commitment we make not just for tonight but for the many tomorrows we hope to share with you.’
The event began with an enthralling opening dance performance, where dancers interacted with a mesmerizing LED screen, showcasing the key achievements Sheraton Hanoi Hotel has earned since its establishment in 2004. In the second half of the performance, five dancers donned Sheraton Hanoi Hotel’s staff uniforms, representing key operational departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and Kitchen. Their symbolic body movements highlighted the hotel’s commitment to five development focuses in the future and exemplified the teamwork of all associates in making the hotel deserving of its prestigious five-star status. The audience was further captivated by a touching video that paid homage to the dedicated staff who have been instrumental in the hotel’s success over the past two decades as well as a special dessert accompanied by a ‘Thank You’ note.

A defining moment of the evening was when the General Manager, along with four members of the Executive Board of the hotel management, and the entire audience in the ballroom, participated in a countdown from 5 to 1 to reveal the key message of the event and kick off the new chapter of Sheraton Hanoi Hotel – ‘Two Decades of Prestige, Twenty Years of Commitment, and Many More Years of Pursuing Excellence.’ Mr. Dam Duc Vu, a media representative, expressed his emotions, saying, ‘I got goosebumps when the key message appeared. I felt deeply touched by the 20 years of efforts the Sheraton Hanoi Hotel team has put into making the hotel what it is today.’

The event also served as an opportunity to reaffirm Sheraton Hanoi Hotel’s brand promise. Since its acquisition by Marriott International in 2016, the hotel seamlessly embraced the new brand identity while remaining true to the Sheraton brand positioning – ‘Where the World Gathers.’ In her speech, Ms. Tiffany Hwang stated, ‘For the last two decades and in the upcoming years, we have remained dedicated to making Sheraton Hanoi not just a friendly hotel to stay, a comfortable venue to organize events, and premium restaurants to dine, but above all, a welcoming and inviting destination for you to gather and connect.’ The hotel’s executive board also reiterated their commitment to providing seamless experiences and the best environments that cater to Sheraton’s target guests’ four passion points: productivity, relationships, growth, and a sense of belonging.
