First gracing the cherished guests in 2007, Sheraton Hanoi mooncakes are handcrafted by our pastry artisans, under the guidance of Pastry Chef Nguyen Thi Hong Ly and Executive Chef Nguyen Cong Chung, remained a revered tradition, holding an irreplacable place in the hearts of all who savor their time-honored delights.
