The Halal certificate accredited by QES Management Consultants Sdn Bhd from Malaysia and Vietnam Halal Center was based on the services and facilities that meet strict religious requirements and comply with food safety and hygiene standards imposed by Muslim countries. This award is recognition of the hotel’s continuous efforts to cater to the needs of Muslim travellers.
Halal certified kitchen with separate cookware, utensils and products
InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72 has been equipped with a Halal-certified kitchen, a separate area with cookware, utensils and Halal-certified cleaning products. The dedicated internal audit team are on site to ensure that the all guidelines and requirements are strictly adhered to. Chef De Cuisine Ellyas Reyzaldi from Indonesia has been appointed as the hotel’s Halal chef.
