This month, InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72 introduces Guest Chef De Cuisine Roberto Panariello as the hotel celebrates “A Taste of Italy”. He is an Italian Chef and restaurateur brought up in Sardina, a large Italian island in the Mediterranean.
Expect to see Chef Roberto showcasing his skills at 3 Spoons during lunch and dinner buffet. He will delight the guests at the Pasta & Pizza masterclass, and with a limited-time pizza menu paired with a selection of special Sardinian wines.
Only on 2 days, Chef Roberto Panariello will take guests on a culinary journey through Italy with an exclusive cooking masterclass to discover the stories behind the Italian recipes and the pizza & pasta making perfection. After the class, guests can also experience an authentic Italian set menu including Caprese appetizer, Arrabiatta and Carbonara pasta, Margherita pizza, tiramisu, along with a glass of Sardinian wine. The class is priced at VND1,200,000++ per person, happening from 11.00AM to 12.30PM on 22nd February and 1st March.
From now until 5th March, Chef Roberto Panariello showcases Italian culinary traditions at The Hive Lounge and 3 Spoons. Our guests are invited to experience his signature pizza menu including Montanara, Cheese and Truffle, Burrata e Prosciutto Crudo, Pepperoni – Diavola and more. This menu represents Chef Roberto’s culinary artistry, along with the authentic recipe using only the freshest ingredients.
