On November 16, at the Dankia – Suoi Vang area, Lac Duong District (Lam Dong), the People’s Committee officially opened Lang Biang pink grass festival. This is the third year “The festival season of Lang Biang pink grass ”was organized, attracting a large number of domestic and international visitors.
The main “character” of the festival is the pink grass. Pink leaves and purple flowers only appear on the occasion of Da Lat and the surrounding area ends the rainy season and changes to the dry season, with temperatures dropping low.
The color of pink grass is actually the color of young grass. Every morning, the misty grass becomes magical under the sun, at first glance it looks like snowy frost. The places with the most beautiful pink grass hills are Suoi Vang (Lac Duong District) and Trai Mat, Thai Phien (Da Lat city).
According to Mr. K’Vang, who lives in Lac Duong district: “The hill of pink grass in the morning dew and sunlight will create a strange and attractive “picture frame”. It is the moment of photography and camera. ”
Lang Biang pink grass festival is an annual cultural, sport and tourism event of Lac Duong District, to honor the land, the people and traditional values in the land filled with myths.
